Delivery Rates These items SHOULD be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch but THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED.
1st Class Mail BEFORE THEY CLASS ANY ITEM AS LATE OR LOST AND WILL NOT ANSWER QUERIES BEFORE THEN. If your order is URGENT we strongly suggest you consider the SPECIAL DELIVERY option. We can do nothing about delayed or missing packages until 15 working days have elapsed from the date of posting. Most parcels will require a signature. If you are not in a card will be left. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for collection/re-delivery. Any goods not collected and returned to us will be sent out again on payment of a further delivery charge.
